We offer a wide variety of services, employing the latest in surveying technology including GPS and robotic total stations. We regularly work with developers, contractors, architects, municipalities and individual home owners. Assisting them with all there surveying, measuring and mapping needs. Below is a list of basic services we offer. As needs often vary with each project, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

A survey made for the purpose of supplying a title company and lender with survey and location data necessary for issuing American Land Title Association or Extended Coverage Title Insurance.

A survey made for the purpose of locating corners, boundary lines and/or easements of a given parcel of land.

A combination of boundary and topographic surveys for preparation of a site plan to be used for designing improvements or developments.

A Survey locating topographic features – natural or man made – such as buildings, improvements, fences, elevations, trees, streams, contours of the land, etc. This survey may be required by a government agency, or may be used by engineers and/or architects for design of improvements.

The subdivision of a tract of land into smaller parcels, showing orientation and survey data on a map; made in conformance with local ordinance and the Subdivision Map Act.

Construction staking to establish the correct location of structures shown on improvement plans for constructing roads, buildings, utilities, etc.

In addition to our survey services, we now offer the following:

Depth of investigation varies on need but can range from City/Utility Company research for records to pot holing to determine physical locations of subsurface utilities.

Research, investigations and meetings to determine the costs and approach of improvements with local governing agencies.

Site inspections done during construction by a registered Water Pollution Control Manager to meet criteria outlined in Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and/or Water Quality Management Plans (WQMP). Inspections can be required by local authorities to continue after construction is complete. Failure to comply with these requirements can result in heavy fines, up to $25,000 per day.
